As of announcing itself GMO-free, Chipotle's suffered an embarrassing e.coli issue in April 2015, which Health Ranger Mike Adams suspects was staged by the biotech industry itself. Read more here and listen to the 25-minute podcast -- very informative! When you go against the grain, retaliation may be right around the corner. Writes the Health Ranger, as Adams calls himself: "Chipotle's e.coli outbreaks are not random chance. They are the result of the biotech industry unleashing bioterrorism attacks against the only fast food company that has publicly denounced GMOs. How do we know? The CDC has already admitted that some of these e.coli outbreaks involve a "rare genetic strain" of e.coli not normally seen in foods." Adams theorizes that a Chipotle's restaurant could have been contaminated with lab-created e.coli, planted deliberately and easily.
UPDATE February 2016: After a long and very thorough investigation of Chipotle's ingredients and supplier sources, the CDC has found NO INDICATION of the cause of contamination. Health Ranger Mike Adams is more convinced than ever that e.coli was brought into Chipotle restaurants as a bioterror act. Read article here.
